S78-10-01機(jī)床減振墊鐵適用范圍：

Feature of product:
Machines are stationary on floor without anchors. Therefore the cost and time of installation can be greatly saved.

注意事項(xiàng)：
1、 安裝調(diào)整設(shè)備水平時(shí)，應(yīng)使每個(gè)墊鐵都受力，消除虛接觸點(diǎn)。
2、 車(chē)間地面平度相差大，墊鐵調(diào)整高度不能滿(mǎn)足時(shí)，應(yīng)在低點(diǎn)位置的墊鐵和機(jī)床基座之間加裝平鋼板后，再進(jìn)行水平調(diào)整。
3、 產(chǎn)品使用，機(jī)床使用兩周后，應(yīng)再調(diào)一次機(jī)床水平。
4、 機(jī)床調(diào)換位置時(shí)，起重前，應(yīng)先卸下墊鐵。
Note:
1. Every mounts should have loads when adjust the level of machine .
2. Flat steel plate should be added between the lowest mount and base of machine when the level difference of floor is great and adjusting height of is not enough. Then level of machine can be adjusted .
3. The level of machine should be readjusted after two weeks in use when it is used firstly .
4. The mounts should be removed before the machine is lifted when the position of machine is changed .
